Mexican
Tacos, mole, ceviche-style aguachiles and the kind of margaritas that take a moment to build properly.
Our Story
Where Mexican, Italian and Peruvian kitchens meet a bar that takes its cocktails seriously and a room that takes dancing seriously.
Est. 2019
At Sinatra, we blend a passion for great food with a welcoming atmosphere — built to be the go-to spot for locals and visitors alike, equally at home for a long lunch, a celebratory dinner, or a late round of drinks.
Whether you're craving a perfectly cooked burger, authentic Mexican plates like tacos and parrillada, Italian favorites like a creamy chicken Alfredo, or bright Peruvian ceviche — there's something here for everyone at the table.
Join us for happy hour, celebrate a birthday with a private section, or host a meeting in a room where the lighting is low, the glassware is crystal, and live music carries the night.

The Menu
We borrow the best from three traditions and let our chefs play across them. The result is a menu that's personal, seasonal and unmistakably Sinatra.
México
Tacos, mole, ceviche-style aguachiles and the kind of margaritas that take a moment to build properly.
Italia
Hand-rolled pasta, slow-simmered sauces, blistered breads — comfort plated with care.
Perú
Bright leche de tigre ceviche, lomo saltado, tiraditos — the Pacific brought to South Texas.
What We Stand For
Sauces, marinades and salsas prepared fresh in our kitchen each day.
Fresh juice, premium spirits and signatures dreamed up after hours.
Resident DJs and live bands turn the room into McAllen's late-night room.
We treat every visit like an occasion — because most of them are.
The Room
Tuesday through Thursday it's an intimate dinner room. Friday and Saturday the band takes the stage and the floor doesn't empty until two.
